Contact our PetsHomeMart Customer Care Team at support@PetsHomeMart.com to obtain a return authorization number.
SECOND:
Write the return authorization number on the box, and on the original packing slip inside the box.
THIRD:
Ship your return with the authorization number to:

For product purchases from our online store, our Return Policy is as follows:
All purchases have 30 days to be returned any and all products for a full refund (minus initial shipping charges).
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and select restocking fees. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for all returns to process. For check and money order customers, please allow up to 15 business days for processing.
Even if you return an item otherwise eligible to be returned (i.e., an unexpired, consumable product or an undamaged, non-consumable product) beyond the return deadline set forth in this Return Policy, we will provide a store credit equal to the value of the item returned, minus shipping and restocking costs. Lifetime for consumable products refers to its “best if used by” date of the item or the lifetime of the product.
PetsHomeMart, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
